Designed to handle both ongoing openings and one-off searches, where payment is not required until a candidate starts.
This is typically the search we start with our clients, in order to showcase our ability in recruiting for your company before you need to commit monetarily.If a candidate is hired by the client, the fee would include a percentage of the candidates yearly salary with a free replacement time period to ensure they’re retained.

This is our most successful model for roles typically in the mid level skill group or if you’re unsure a replacement would be needed.
Instead of a percentage fee and replacement period upon the candidate start, we would setup payment dates instead.
For example, we would setup a payment period at day 1, 90 days, and 180 days of employment. Partial payments would be issued at each of those milestones of the candidates employment and future payments would be null/void if the candidate is no longer employed.
